Mold remediation in Camarillo

This customer found himself with a bit of a mold issue underneath his kitchen sink.  Once approvals were obtained, containment was setup and the negative air movers were placed.  While no demo work was necessary for this job, some removal of the kitchen appliances were necessary to gain access to the areas for remediation.  The working area in the kitchen was approximately 60 square feet.  No cause of loss was determined but likely from water dripping from sink pipes over an extended period of time.

In the before photo you can see one of the more severe areas of mold underneath the sink.  The after photo shows a wider shot of under the sink after remediation was complete.
