Camarillo mold remediation

This client suffered a mold loss in their laundry as a result of collected moisture from their washing machine pipes.  Luckily, the loss was kept to just the laundry room to make the remediation process quicker and make the process much less burdening on the client.

SERVPRO began by undertaking the drying process to help dry out the laundry.  Upon completion of drying, we were able to begin the remediation process.  

With the are affected being only approximately 100 square feet, a very small amount of equipment was placed.

Upon completion of the job, SERVPRO was asked to also handle the task of reconstruction to return the bathroom to the previous condition.
