Roof leak in Camarillo, CA

The cause of this loss was a difficult to find roof leak over the kitchen area.  In the before photo, you can see the staining from a long-term leak while the client was on vacation.  While waiting on determination of roofing repairs, we removed several square feet of dry wall and placed a dehumidifier and an air mover in the kitchen area to begin drying the wood frame/studs.  At the completion of the job, we removed 8 square feet of drywall to assist in the drying process where there was no ventilation offered.  The after photo shows the results of the demolition work and at the conclusion of three days to dry the area completely.
